Andrew brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, product management, and business development leadership for growth phase technology companies most recently as COO of a medical education software company and VP Operations of a Medical Device startup successfully launching the world’s first MRI guided robotic biopsy platform. Having led teams across India, Europe and North America, he has held positions as Chair of the Smith School of Business Queen's Venture Network, has been invited to judge multiple startup-up pitch competitions, and has lectured for the Smith MBA program as well as for Ryerson and McMaster University. Andrew builds high-performing teams that gain and grow market traction by deeply understanding the problem and crafting exceptional customer experiences that solve challenges in ways that are different enough and that matter enough that people truly engage.
