As a finance professional working in strategy and investments (5+ years) with specialized knowledge in real estate and land development, Rohan has come to acquire an eclectic set of skills through his involvement in a variety of projects across all facets of real estate, including but not limited to real estate development (overseeing a 300M+ portfolio), site feasibility, organizational finance, fund structures, capital and asset management.
